Massage Miles Program
-
We believe massage should be pay-as-you-need not an obligation based on a membership. However, we do reward our loyal clients with our Frequent Flyer Program we call Massage Miles.
-
How do I qualify/book? On your seventh visit in 12 months, you can begin booking the Massage Miles option of your preferred massage under the Massage Miles tab on our booking site. You may continue to select the Massage Miles version of your massage as long as you come in for a massage once every 6 months.
-
Your therapist can let you know when you qualify.
-
Exceptions: Thai Massage Series not included.
-
Note: You will be expected to pay the full price no matter what option you booked if you do not yet qualify for Massage Miles.

We keep our regular rates very near local chain membership prices even though we provide 10 more minutes on the table, organic massage oil, and do not charge for add-ons like aromatherapy/ muscle pain relief cream. We do this because your health shouldn't have to wait for next month's sale or special and charging $12-$15 for a few drops of healing aid is sales focused rather than health focused.
-
However, we do believe there are those in our community whose life-saving skills do not match their paycheck. We know many of you fall under that category, but we had to limit this discount to: RN, Cert. EMT/Paramedic, Police, Fire Fighters and Military (Active or Veteran). MUST bring ID to first massage.

What's the deal with tipping?
Unfortunate
Industry Reality
&
Therapist
Livelihood
-
Much like the restaurant industry, massage was created on a tip-based pricing model. (Because tipping is so common in the US, most waitresses are paid below minimum wage, relying on tips to cover the rest of their pay and allow restaurants to charge what clients expect for their food.
-
While we pay as much as our small business can afford, therapists cannot physically work more than 15-25 hours hands-on per week.
-
If we moved to a no-tip model, we would have to raise all prices by $25 or more and price ourselves above all other competitors that rely on tipping.
-
Therapists are also paid per appointment, so if you cancel last minute and reschedule another appointment, we're happy to have you back, but they've still missed filling your original spot with another loyal client in need or a new client looking to become a regular.
So, what do you charge?

If you're purchasing a gift card, the Custom Massage Service is the best place to start.
